Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gemsly website and your purchases from Gemsly, an online store based in Sri Lanka ("Gemsly", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a purchase. You must provide accurate, current information when registering and ordering.

2. Products & Services

Gemsly sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Items, Gift Cards & Game Keys: Codes or keys delivered electronically to your Gemsly account.
Steam Games: Full PC games sent as a Steam gift to the Steam account you provide at checkout. You must accept our Steam friend request to receive the gift, and your Steam account region must be compatible with the region shown on the product page.
Game Top-Ups: In-game currency credited directly to the game account (player ID) you provide. You are responsible for entering the correct player ID and choosing the correct region.

Product descriptions state the region, platform and any usage restrictions. Please read them before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are shown and charged in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. Prices may change from time to time, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payments

Card Payments: Where available, debit and credit card payments (Visa / Mastercard) are processed securely by a licensed third-party payment gateway. Card details are entered on the gateway's secure page; Gemsly never sees or stores your full card number or CVV.
Bank Transfer: Transfer to our designated Sri Lankan bank account and upload your payment slip. Funds are credited after verification by our team.
Gemsly Wallet: You may pre-load funds to your Gemsly Wallet and use the balance for purchases on Gemsly only. The wallet balance is store credit — it cannot be transferred to another user, does not earn interest, and cannot be cashed out except as set out in our Refund Policy.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

5. Delivery

All products are delivered electronically. Most orders are delivered automatically within a few minutes of payment confirmation; some orders may require manual processing and can take up to 48 hours. Steam games are sent manually as a Steam gift, usually within 24–48 hours of payment, once you have accepted our Steam friend request. Codes and keys are shown on your order page in your Gemsly account, and top-ups are credited to the game account you provided. If your order is not delivered within 48 hours, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before delivery. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and are paid to the original payment method.

7. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Gemsly will never ask for your password. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Use a payment card or bank account that you are not authorised to use.
Submit false or altered payment slips or payment references.
Attempt to exploit, attack or interfere with the website, pricing or delivery systems.
Resell products purchased from Gemsly in breach of the relevant publisher's terms, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

We may suspend or close accounts involved in such activity, cancel related orders, reverse credits obtained through fraudulent payments, and report fraud to the relevant authorities.

9. Trademarks

Game titles, logos and brand names shown on Gemsly belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products. Gemsly is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gemsly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
