Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Gemsly. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Gemsly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or making a purchase on Gemsly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products & Services

Gemsly sells the following categories of digital products and services:

Digital Items & Keys: Delivered automatically via our delivery system. Ensure all delivery details (username, account info, etc.) are correct before confirming your order.
Boosting Services: Game rank boosting services are performed by our team. Estimated completion times are provided but are not guaranteed due to the nature of the service.

Gemsly is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect credentials, closed accounts, or regional restrictions that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Wallet, Pricing & Payments

All purchases on Gemsly are made using your Gemsly Wallet balance. You must deposit funds before placing an order. Prices are displayed in USDT and are dynamically updated based on live USD exchange rates, including a small buffer for currency fluctuations.

Bank Transfer: Deposit funds to our designated bank account and upload your payment slip. Funds are credited after manual verification by our team.
Binance Pay (USDT): Send the equivalent USDT amount to our Binance Pay ID. After payment, enter the 19-digit Order ID from your Binance receipt on the deposit page for instant automated verification and crediting.
Wallet Balance: Your credited balance is used to purchase products. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-withdrawable except in eligible refund scenarios.

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Gemsly will never ask for your password. Do not share your account with others. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately via our support ticket system.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance without refund. Legal action may be taken where applicable:

Submitting false or fraudulent payment references or receipts.
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving your order.
Using stolen bank accounts or Binance accounts to deposit funds.
Attempting to exploit the platform, pricing systems, or delivery infrastructure.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gemsly provides digital goods and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
