About This Game

Step into the madness in Insanitorium: Don’t Be Afraid—a journey that reveals how the descent into insanity began. As a patient trapped inside an asylum, you must explore its claustrophobic corridors, where mannequins whisper, shadows deceive, and every locked door hides a disturbing truth.

Face twisted puzzles, uncover the hidden stories of the patients who once suffered here, and survive encounters that blur the line between hallucination and reality. Discover the origins of Don’t Be Afraid’s antagonist, Franklin, as he loses his grip on sanity and you are drawn into his unstable mind, witnessing the birth of a monster.

With its suffocating atmosphere, psychological horror elements, and grotesque encounters, Insanitorium prepares players for the terrifying journey that awaits them.
